I am an absolute beginner. Where do I start?

The Master Dragon Pro Individual course is your best starting point:

I am an intermediate level user. What would be best for me?

I'd recommend you to go through the Master Dragon course.

You can probably quickly glance through some of the lessons, but if you follow the lessons and do the exercises, I'm sure you'll (re)learn some usefull skills.
